The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Role Definition

To build and manage key customer accounts and deliver revenue

Tasks and Activities

Cold calling and customer list building

Meet and sample new products to customers

Follow on meetings and basic technical support for customers

Lead qualification via data collection and in-person meetings

Relaying customer feedback to R&D team and management

Ensuring collections are managed within criteria

Maintain documentation repository needed for sales presentation

Data updation on sales CRM and weekly presentation to Reporting manager

Set up and run product roadshows in academic institutes

Support local resellers with events and technical support
